- Shipping Process
- Once your part is tested and ready for shipment (24-48hrs) we will ship the part using your chosen shipping method. If you choose UPS Ground please understand that your shipping time can take up to 7 business days in addition to our processing time. Once the part ships you will automatically be sent an email with the tracking #. Expedited shipping services are available but do not speed up the processing time, only the shipping time.
- Warranty
All of our units are backed with a 1 YEAR WARRANTY with return of your old computer (CORE). This warranty is valid for as long as you own the vehicle, the computer will be covered for any and all craftsmanship flaws. To activate the warranty, you are required to send back your old computer (Core) within 14 days of receiving the new part. Failure to return the core will forfeit any warranty and you will be subject to a core charge. This warranty does not cover flood, theft, and we are not responsible for defects such as electrical shorts, overcharging or other component defects in vehicle which cause damage or failure to unit. This part is being purchased with the understanding that the customer has properly diagnosed the vehicle. Our parts are not to be used for test purposes. We are not liable for repair costs, towing, shipping charges or any work done by third parties. Part comes pre-flashed by A.C.R. any attempt to alter or update programming will cause warranty to be voided. All warranties are subject to company's approval.
- Our Process
- Once we receive your order and details pertaining to your vehicle we can begin to process a remanufactured computer for you. Using our database we are able to find the right part for you based on the VIN. Once the part is identified we will run through all circuitry of the unit in our state of the art repair facility. We will be repairing all known issues relating to that specific part along with any damages found. Once the repair is performed, the unit is sent to our programming department to be tested and calibrated. Once the part passes preliminary testing and calibration, it is then tested on an actual standalone motor to confirm functionality. We DO NOT only test on a bench. Through our years of research, using actual motors running at operating temperature ensure the highest level of quality assurance. Once the part passes final testing it is tagged and assigned to your order where it is sent back to our programming department for VIN entry and key codes. We then resurface the unit and clean any debris and/or corrosion from the unit. The part is then ready to be packed and shipped to you. We know the importance of having your vehicle back in drivable condition and have implemented strategies to prevent unnecessary downtime for you and your family. If at any time our engineers feel the part is not 100% capable of withstanding fully operational condition, a new part will begin the process all over. This entire process takes approx. 24-48 hour.
- Refunds & Returns
- This is an electrical part. We always recommend your vehicle is properly diagnosed and inspected prior to installing the new computer to avoid damage. If you decide to return the part for a refund, we will test the unit to ensure functionally. Once approved, there will be a 20% restocking fee off the part price and all actual shipping charges deducted. Please contact us directly if you plan on returning the part for refund.
