Q. Can I return my computer if it doesn't work?
A. The part may be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as it is returned in its original condition. The return will be subject to shipping charges as well as a 20% restocking fee.
Q. I Paid for expedited shipping, why hasn't the part shipped yet.
A. Although expedited shipping services are available, they do not expedite the processing time. We do not compromise craftsmanship for expediency. All orders can take up to 48 hours to process to ensure a quality product.
Q. Why am I getting new trouble codes after I install the new part?
A. In some cases, the original computer has failed to alert and illuminate the check engine light. Now that the new part is installed and working correctly it may notify you that there are additional errors or troubles with the vehicle.
Q. What happens if I do not return my old computer?
A. Exchanges are required for all purchases unless otherwise directed. You may be subject to a 'core charge' in addition to a canceled warranty if you do not return your old part. If you do not have the old part or you would like to keep your old part, please give us a call before you order and we will give you all of your options.
Q. Will my new part be covered under warranty.
A. All of our units are backed with a 1 YEAR WARRANTY with return of your old computer (CORE). This warranty is valid for as long as you own the vehicle, the computer will be covered for any and all craftsmanship flaws. This warranty does not cover flood, theft, and we are not responsible for defects such as electrical shorts, overcharging or other component defects in vehicle which cause damage or failure to unit.
